New Kafala System: 

As from 14 March 2021 new kafala system have been implemented in Saudi Arabia for the welfare of employee and employer. Therefore, in this Kafala System, it was also announced that if a worker is not satisfied with his company or Kafil he can change his company and can move towards a better company where he can get more salary and Other facilities as compared to before. 

But he have to complete the employee employer agreement time duration after that he can move towards another company.

When a worker can change Job in Saudi?



Now after starting of new kafala system most of the people are frequently asking similar question that,

 We have no type of agreement with our company what can We do?

Now by answering these question, Ministry of Labour said that everyone those who do not have any agreement with their company they can change the job to that company which are giving more benefits as compared to the previous company there is no restriction for a worker to work with such company which is not doing any agreement with him.

 Our company is not satisfied to have any agreement with us what should we have to do?

 Now the other question is that our company is not satisfied to have any type of an agreement with us, the simple solution is that you can change your job living in Saudi Arabia and your company will not do anything. If anything will happen, you can take take action and can register your complaint to Ministry of Labour and they will take strict action against your company



I have done my agreement with my kafeel but he is not paying salary as registered?

Ministry of Labour also announced that if you have an agreement with your kafeel about the salary, time duration of work and all other things. But your Kafeel is not paying you the salary that was registered or He is paying you low salary. Then you can also register your complaint to Ministry of Labour official website or regester your complaint on Abasher App. you can also leave this company ok or Kafeel and move to another that is is giving you more benefits as compared to the previous company. There will be no restriction on you.
