Employee employer agreement registration

1: First of all the workers that are now going to Saudi Arabia they should have to register their agreement with their kafail in which there salary, there duration of stay with Kafeel or Company,their vocations and everything have registered.

Kafil or job changement:

2: Now when the employee will come in Saudi Arabia he should have to stay with his kafeel up to the register duration. After that the worker will be free to move towards any other Kafil or he have to go back to his country.

Worker salary:

3: Now the salary of the employee should have to give him on time otherwise if the Kapil is is not paying salary to the worker he can register his Kafil's complain to the Ministry of Labour.

Exit Reentry Vesa:



4: Now if you want to go on leave towards your home and need exit re-entry visa then you should have to direct contact with Ministry of Labour and he will give you a permission you to go for serious reason.

Point To be Noted:

5: No worker will be allowed to move to any other Kapil or company, if he he have not completed the duration of agreement. But only in one possibility he can leave his first Kapil or company and move to other when his first company or will give him permission or allow him to move to another kafeel.

Transfer of sponsorship:

6: Another important point is that there is no need of kafeel for the transfer of sponsorship. For this you can download Abasher application in your mobile phone. from where you can in contact with Ministry of Labour and Jawazat Department for the transfer of sponsorship.

Exit re-entry visa:

In New Kafala system there is no need of exit re-entry visa by Kafil. you can do all the process of your exit reentry visa online by having Abasher application.

Final Exit Visa:

There is also no need of Final exit visa by Kafil. you can stay in Saudi Arabia without any time limit and can get final exit vesa online anytime by Abasher.

Haroob:

 Now a lot of people are talking about Horoob. Ministry of Labour announced that there will be no Horoob in new Kafala System. But those Saudi workers on which Horoob have implemented about them Ministry of Labour said that we will make some strategy to solve this issue. but till now there is no any type of announcement about Horoob in New Kafala System.

Domestic Workers and New Kafala System:



7: Remember that this new kafala system will be implemented on the workers in private sectors or working in any other type of labour market. But this New Kafala System will not be implemented for domestic workers they will have to work as it is.
